STEM Education (CCA)

Updated: Jun 8

STEM education is a curriculum that educates students in four specific disciples - Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. These four disciples integrates into cohesive learning, applying on real-world applications. Children are learning to what is pertinent now to the future, creating an interest that is often lacking when understanding newer concepts that do not seem to carry on to future applications.

At Prime International, we believe STEM provide students an added value to their learning curve. Starting STEM at a young age is crucial as it expands their interests in learning and proficiency in mathematics, science and art.

Why STEM? What Seperates Traditional Education from STEM?

According to LiveScience, it state that "traditional science and math education is the blended learning environment and showing students how the scientific method can be applied to everyday life. It teaches students computational thinking and focuses on the real world applications of problem solving. As mentioned before, STEM education begins while students are very young".
